Creating a Project
Projects are the main organizational unit in Wired Differently. Each project gets its own Kanban board with Ideas, Todo, In Progress, and Done columns.
How to Create One
- Click the "+" button next to "Projects" in the sidebar
- Or click "New Project" on the dashboard
- Give it a name that makes sense to you
- Pick a project type: Personal, Coding, Business, Church, or Other
- Choose a color — this helps you visually distinguish projects
- Click Create — you're taken straight to the board
Adding Tasks
Each column has an "Add task" area at the bottom. Type a title and press Enter. The task starts in whatever column you added it to. Click any task card to open its detail panel and add more info.
💡 Tip:
You don't need to create projects manually! Brain Dump will suggest new projects based on your thoughts if they don't fit existing ones.
