How Brain Dump Works
Brain Dump is your "get everything out of my head" tool. Open it from the sidebar, type or paste all your thoughts, and hit Submit. The AI analyzes each item and figures out which project board it belongs on.
The AI Routing Process
- You write your thoughts (as much as you want, stream of consciousness is fine)
- AI splits your text into individual actionable items
- Each item gets matched to a project based on context
- Items with project matches get sent directly to that project's Todo column
- Items without a match go to your Inbox for manual sorting
- You can reassign items before sending with the dropdown
After the Dump
You'll see a results screen showing each item with its destination (project name or Inbox). Color-coded badges show where items are going. Use "Send All to Boards" to batch-send, or send items one at a time.
⚡ XP Reward:
You earn 25 XP for every brain dump you complete. This rewards the habit of getting thoughts out of your head.
